JUST IN: Erika Sturm Jewelry

Currently displayed in the Gallery is Erika Sturm Jewelry. Erika Sturm creates beautiful designs inspired by nature. While integrating some found and/or fabricated elements, each piece is primarily made from raw materials with Erika Sturm’s own hands. She says she loves waking up most mornings just to have another day of ‘working’ in her home studio and in her imagination, surrounded by love and nature in the northern Catskill Mountains.

Sturm’s jewelry can be described as mixed media art, inspired by nature and ancient archetypes, integrating sterling silver, copper, wood, coconut shell, tagua nut, glass and stone in earrings and necklaces.

We are very happy to represent Erika and welcome her to The Art Store.

Kimberly is currently a Business Development Rep at N3, LLC. She previously worked as an Assistant Gallery Director and Registrar at The Art Store Gallery in Charleston, WV and as an Events Coordinator at Sleepy Hollow Golf Club in Hurricane, WV. She also was the Assistant Gallery Manager at Tamarack’s David L. Dickirson Fine Arts Gallery in Beckley, WV. She graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and minors in Communication Studies and Political Science. In her free time she is gardening, enjoying her historic home in the East End and traveling extensively with her sweetheart. A West Virginia native, Kimberly enjoys exploring the outdoors, supporting local business and the music scene.
